Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (eSIMs, digital services), we generally do not accept returns for digital products once they have been activated or used. Physical products, such as MiFi routers, may be eligible for return under certain conditions.
2. Eligibility for Returns (MiFi Routers)
To be eligible for a return, a physical product (MiFi Router) must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- eSIM data plans once activated or partially used.
- Downloadable software products.
- Gift cards.
4. How to Initiate a Return (MiFi Routers)
To initiate a return for an eligible MiFi router, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@efinet.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- You are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund may depend on your bank or credit card company.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged MiFi router for the same item, contact us at support@efinet.com.
7. eSIM Refund Policy
eSIMs are generally non-refundable once activated. However, if you experience technical issues preventing activation or usage, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and, if the problem is due to our error, we may offer a refund or replacement eSIM.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order for an eSIM or MiFi router before it has been shipped or activated. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@efinet.com. If the order has already been shipped or the eSIM has been activated, the cancellation policy will not apply.
